TSM, an effective craving-reduction method, utilises naltrexone to help clients regain control over their drinking. This service includes collaboration with healthcare providers or your medical doctor to ensure appropriate prescriptions and medical monitoring. For clients without current medical providers, we facilitate referrals to trusted doctors for thorough guidance and monitoring.
Behavioural and Cognitive Coaching and Support:
Our coaching uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help clients identify and transform negative belief patterns, and establish healthier habits that support their recovery journey.
Intentional Change Process (ICP):
Using ICP, clients can clarify their recovery goals, develop a vision of their ideal self, and take actionable steps towards lasting change, with reflection and reinforcement built into each phase of coaching.
